The GATE Torii Facility is a secluded institute dedicated to advanced power research and supernormal studies. Focused on energy science in all its forms, Torii stands at the cutting edge of knowledge in the fields of energy generation, propagation, storage and transmission, as well as fuel extraction and many emergent sub-disciplines. Located in Southern Japan, its deliberate placement on the 'Ring of Fire' reflects its longstanding engagement in volcanology and geothermal research. Torii is also the site of GATE's specialist study unit on Supernormal Historical Events.
