The Mycofields

Anteverse 2B

Craggy and malformed, this region of Anteverse 2 is little more than a mass of rock orbiting a ‘sun’ that is no sun at all - rather a vacuum point slowly sucking everything towards it. Much closer to it's 'star' than Anteverse 2A, the tidal forces generate tremendous heat, producing tributaries of superheated magma that restrict the growth of endemic vegetation, already limited by the realm's direly low entropy. A jagged maze of caves, cliffs, ledges and ancient paths, existence under these conditions is extremely harsh and competition for resources is brutally intense. The creatures that live within it are forced to adapt to - and exploit - the profusion of fungal life that persists there.
