I am unsure who receives these reports, but for my own sanity, as much as a condition of my employ, I continue to record them. Yesterday an object fell from the sky and narrowly missed hitting the base. Lacking equipment, I have no way to assess what this object is, or was, but I do not recognize its origin and have heard no reports of any aerial incidents. I am deeply shaken, and while this is no-one's fault that I am aware of, the sheer inexplicabilty of this event unsettles me profoundly.
